The Center for Responsive Politics offers an attractive and highly informative site that New Englanders, and everyone else, can use to learn about money in Washington. A non-profit research group, they follow the Congressional Money Trail right back to the local level. The center provides detailed-but easy to read-reports on all Members of Congress including major donors, funds from Political Action Committees, where members spent their campaign funds and how much of a campaign budget is supported from out-of-state.
The site can be searched by state, zip code and by issues in a section they call Tracking the Payback
Yourcongress.com is a non-partisan, innovative, smorgasbord of everything thing you need (or should) know about the folks in Washington. Search, review voting records, study bills or read a Haiku on your member. The site is great fun, easy to use and makes Members of Congress a little more accountable for what they say, do or don't do for the country.
