The
Wall Street Journal picked The
Bermels' Guide to Mount Desert Island, Bar Harbor and Acadia
National Park as the top pick on the Internet to learn
about the area. Although the site's developers, Larry and Michele Bermel,
live in Chappaqua, NY
we think the Journal made a wise pick. Included are
great photographs, wonderful and varied "reviews" of
things to do in the area and an unobtrusive but candid appeal
for donations to support their work.
